Returns
Before returning any goods, please contact us for a returns authorisation number.
Items must be sent postage / insurance paid to Bluebelle cards at the address shown and received in an undamaged condition. Please also include your order number and details of your original method of payment. Credit Card returns will be subject to 5% transaction fee.
Orders that have been produced to custom requirements, will not be considered for refund unless the product is faulty, and we have been notified by phone and email within 2 working days of receipt.
Orders for off the shelf (non customer specific) items may be returned within 5 working days of receipt for credit.
If, despite our careful packaging some items are damaged in transit please inform us of the problem within 2 working days of receipt. We will advise you what to do and issue a returns number, so they can be returned for replacement.
Note: If the packaging is damaged when received, please ensure that you sign the Delivery Note as ' Damaged ' and contact us right away, by phone and email within 2 working days of receipt. Failure to do so may invalidate any insurance, which will be your acceptance of damaged goods.
